Terms of Service.
These terms govern your use of aspiredautomations.com and any services or messages you receive from AspiredAutomations. By using this site, booking a call, or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to them.
1. Who we are

2. Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data from it by automated means, or use it to transmit malicious code.
The content on this site — including copy, layout, design, and the AspiredAutomations name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe the tools we work with; their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
3. Information on this site is not an offer or a guarantee
The results, figures, and case studies described on this site reflect work previously performed and are provided for illustration. They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result for your business. Nothing on this site forms a contract or a binding offer. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
4. Booking a call
Booking a call through this site schedules a conversation and nothing more. It creates no obligation on either side to enter into an engagement. We use a third-party scheduling provider to handle bookings, and your use of it is also subject to that provider's terms.
5. SMS and mobile messaging terms
Program description. AspiredAutomations operates a messaging program that sends SMS messages relating to your inquiry, your appointment, or an active engagement. This includes appointment confirmations and reminders, replies and follow-ups to a conversation you started with us, and project or account notifications.
How you opt in. We send SMS messages only to people who have given express consent — for example by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages when you book a call, complete a form, message us through the chat on this site, or ask us in writing to text you.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may still receive messages from us by other channels, such as email, unless you opt out of those separately. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message from us, email zach@aspiredautomations.com, or call 210-896-2536.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and is outside our control.
Privacy. How we handle mobile numbers and consent data is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Third-party services and links
This site embeds and links to third-party services, including a scheduling provider, a customer messaging provider, and our website host. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AspiredAutomations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or our messaging program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site or our messaging program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AspiredAutomations from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of this site or your violation of these terms or of any applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
